History
Fashion Bug (Pvt) Ltd began as a partnership business in 1994 with four partners and a team of 15 staff members. The first branch was opened in Bandarawela. In 1997, under the Companies Act, Fashion Bug became a fully incorporated private limited company with four directors. That same year, the company opened its second branch in Kandy and the third branch in Colombo.

Over the past 17 years, the company has expanded its operations to 17 branches across Sri Lanka and a staff of over 1,200 employees. Today, Fashion Bug stands among the leading clothing store chains in Sri Lanka, proudly living its fashion motto of “Changing lifestyles…”
