What flowers can you actually get delivered here?

Pay: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are standard. Diaspora senders pay in their local currency (USD, AUD, GBP, EUR); the system converts to LKR at checkout.

- Choosing same-day for an outstation address: Kandy is 3-4 hours by road. If you order at 1:30pm for Kandy same-day, it will not land the same evening. Pick next-day.
- Vague delivery addresses: “Sunil’s place near the junction” doesn’t work. Include a house number, a landmark, and the recipient’s mobile.
- Ordering after cutoff and expecting today: our Colombo cutoff is around 1pm because arrangements take 60-90 minutes and the rider still has to reach the address by evening. After that window, we push to next-day.
- Requesting exact stem colours we don’t stock that day: if you need “40 peach roses specifically,” ask before ordering. Peach isn’t always in the market lot.
- Forgetting Poya days: Poya is a public holiday in Sri Lanka. Courier coverage is limited. Order for the day before if the occasion falls on a Poya.
