What does Kapruka Ohio do?

Kapruka Ohio is an e-commerce fulfilment servicing company. We receive, store, prep and ship products sold on Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Etsy.

What is e-commerce fulfilment and why do I need it?

FBA Pre-fulfilment processing (FBA Prep)
- Amazon will only store a small amount of your inventory and requires specific packaging and barcoding. We will store the bulk of your inventory and ship to Amazon on-demand with all packaging and barcoding as required.

Walmart.com, eBay and Etsy (Pick, Pack & Ship, PPS)
- These platforms are marketplaces only. They require the seller to partner with an e-commerce fulfilment company, like Kapruka Ohio, that can store inventory, and pick pack & ship individual orders.

Do you have a minimum volume or monthly charge? How about storage fees?

Yes. We charge $200/month until your processing fees exceed that amount.
Storage is free for the first 30 days, then charged at $25/month per pallet, $15/month per shelf, and $10/month per bin.
All storage fees and minimum fees will be included in the free quote we provide, so there are no surprises.

How do I get my products to you?

We can help you arrange shipment by air or sea freight, or by ground if you are located in the USA. We can also arrange all transportation from your manufacturer to our door and can be your ultimate consignee.

Are my products safe with you?

Yes! Our FDA certified warehouse is located in a modern brick building in a beautiful suburb of Cleveland, and we have all the required certificates, inspections and insurance. We process a large volume of valuable items with a 0% loss rate and have excellent security.

How do you track my inventory? How do you know what orders to fill?

We have developed our own software to track inventory and will keep you updated on a daily basis.
You can send us a list of orders to fill, or, as most companies prefer, you can allow Kapruka Ohio access to the inventory section of your store and we will do all the work for you.

Do you work with American companies too?

Yes! Kapruka Ohio works with companies from all over the world, including the USA. We are based in Cleveland, Ohio, a very central location.
