What are the items of clothing that cannot be returned?
General clothing items including, lingerie, stockings, socks, and tights collectively, leggings, panties tights or similar intimate items, women’s hats, and swimwear.
What should I do if the clothing item I ordered does not match the image on the website?
In a situation where the product that is received by the customer does not match with the published image, the customer should contact Kapruka within 7 days.
I do not want the Product I ordered anymore. What should I do?
Unfortunately, we do not take back delivered products unless there is a genuine reason to return it. “Change of Mind” or “No Longer Needed” is not considered as a genuine reason to return and refund.
What do I do if the clothing item I ordered is damaged?
Immediately take a few photographs of the damages and contact our WhatsApp number 070 285 5000 to assist you further.
How do I return an item to Kapruka?
The customer has to arrange a courier to return the product to us for an exchange bearing all the expenses in relation to the delivery of the exchanged product. This has to be done within 3-5 days of receipt of the product.
What if I want to exchange the product I ordered?
For Exchanges, the selected product has to be of a value higher or equal to the value purchased. Also, the product has to be available.
Do you refund by cash?
We do not facilitate cash refunds. However, you may use it towards an immediate replacement product or any future purchase.
