General Overview

General Merchandise – Return & Refund Policy
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Global Shop – Return & Refund Policy
Kapruka Global Shop customers are covered under a Money Back Guarantee if an item does not arrive. You will either receive the item ordered or get your money back. Returns are accepted if the item is defective, damaged, different from what was ordered, or not according to the seller’s specification. Money Transfers – Refund Policy
For money delivery services, there is no cancellation charge. Kapruka will fully refund the online deposit if the service is not processed or provided. Duplicate transactions are automatically detected and deleted, with only one transaction allowed to proceed at a time. Kapruka
